Moritz may be very smart and know a lot of things about health, but he doesn't know EVERYTHING. His version of the Liver Flush is criminal. If you are prediabetic or hypoglycemic - well you yourself know what can happen!

And he talks to us like a bunch of kindergartners in his book. "Lie down immediately!" Don't do this! Don't do that. Geeeeze.

Do the commonsense Coke Flush as popularized by Dr. Sutter, as has been previously recommended, plus or minus little modifications for your own comfort. You are allowed to have a good-sized meal only 3-4 hours before you take the oil mixture. How neat is that!
