This information is absolutely incorrect. Epsom salts are in no way similar in effect as oil. The only purpose of epsom salts in the liver flush is to help dilate the biliary tree and common bile duct so that stones move out with more ease. Some people use epsom salts during a gallbladder attack because the gallbladder is already contracting and it works because it provides extra dilation to let stones pass. I suppose you could try any cold-pressed oil. Probably any will work. People have used flax or others successfully. The only study that I know of showed that specifically cold-pressed high oleic (olive) oil resulted in the strongest gallbladder contractions. Yeah, you can try that. Epsom salts have the same effect on the liver as oil... it stimulates production of bile and stimulates gallbladder to empty itself. It may not be exactly identical as the flush with oil, cause when you flush with oil, your body may also absorb some of the oil, so the oil may get into the liver and may actually have an effect on the liver that is very different than just epsom salts, but if you absolutely do not want oil, you can at least try it without oil. I can’t agree with you anymore. I always had a mild reaction to any types of oils that were put on my lips, which is the common thing to do for chapped lips. Some oils made it waaaay worse, with EC actually spreading past the vermillion border and even onto the skin outside of lips. I also was trying to figure out how I was going to get this solidified coconut oil into my eyes. What I did was take a very small amount maybe a quarter of a teaspoon and I put it in a small ziplock bag. I ran hot water over the bag and once the coconut oil became liquid, which only took about 30 seconds, I made a small slit in the corner of the bag and used that to drop the coconut oil into my eyes. It mostly depends on your immunity. Coconut oil isn’t protection. You ingested the virus and if your immunity isn’t up to the job then within a few weeks you will have mono or chronic fatigue. Yes I have! ALKOLOL is a Must to conquor infestation inside the nose and (carefully) along the lash line on eyelids where Ivermectin cream (Soolantra) can’t be used. I am 64 YO and my teeth are 100% sound - no cavities or fillings but I do see the gum receding on one tooth. I have suffrered from fungal issues for much of my life. I tried many topical antifungals as well as oral prescription drugs like lamisil. Nothing was ever totally effective. I know that coconut oil is said to be anti-viral, fungal, bacterial, etc.. How effective against mono is it? I do not know. I had mono more than once. The second time around I discovered colloidal silver and it was a godsend in terms of getting me over it. I both drank it, held it under the tongue for a minute and put about 4 ounces into coffee enemas for an 8-12 ounce or so total which I would lay on my right side to get to the liver. ALKALOL is a wonderful skin toner! Delighted you’ve discovered this as well. It seems to drive the mites away in droves. Also heals skin and sooths the itch. All these ingredients work together but I believe the addition of potassium alum, alcohol and baking soda helps to dry out and dehydrate them.
