Looking for HELP or PARTNER for extra virgin 100% pure coconut oil extraction operation

hola, i am cecilio from Honduras and I built a small extra virgin 100% pure coconut oil extraction operation (full capacity 200 bottles/day) from self growing coconut trees on the caribbean coast. Everything working fine with the production (I have a KK40 oil press), other 10-12 local peoples involved in the process. But i cannot sell the oil to distriduidors because I dont have a sanitary register#. That will cost me at least 20,000US$ mainly to put tiles on the walls. no help from the banks so I had to stop the extraction because all my money went in the equipment for extraction. I need help to not lose my business and everybody can get back to work. Traditionaly coconut has been used to cure many diseases here but it has been replaced by processed palm oil which lead to obesity, diabetes.... but we have enough coconuts to give more health to our peoples, teaching them to come back to the roots.

right now I have 300bottles that I cannot put in supermarkets or shops because I don't have the register#. govt supervisors will fine them and take the product away

So if anyboby wants to join to make the world better or has any ideas on how to get the founds please tell me
