Since consuming coconut oil over the past year, I have suffered abdominal pain and bloating. I have mostly eaten a well balanced diet with healthy fats, very low Sugar and carbs and most protein from chicken and fish. After a recent emergency room visit, ultra sound showed I have a fatty liver. Now, from what I've read, coconut oil is suppose to be a healthy fat, but in my experience I must disagree. I am concerned that this may affect others as well and hope I'm wrong, but it sure seems like it's not as good for you as made out to be.
