Yes I have! ALKOLOL is a Must to conquor infestation inside the nose and (carefully) along the lash line on eyelids where Ivermectin cream (Soolantra) can't be used. It's a nasal rinse so it's a natural for 'critter-killing' inside the nose. Very soothing for ear canal & outer ears as well when they 1st exploded with mites & were raw from washing/rubbing/pulling them out so I could go to work and not scare small children to death.
