Poly...
No one can EVER be completely Cured. If it's human facial mites you're duking it out with (aka the only 2 kinds of Demodex mites that live on humans: follicular and brevia mites), you and ALL adults will have them for life. The goal is to CONTROL them so there's only a few at any time.

Many older children and most adults have them on their bodies ALL the time - but just a few that hang out in the follicles of their eyelashes or brows or hair. Researchers have found that almost All adults over 60 have mites and the number of mites grows as we age.

Only adults w/ weaker immune systems however, have a problem w/ these disgusting mites proliferating, getting out of control and damaging their skin and lives.

I've suffered so many losses from, what I never knew were, Demodex mites, I've spend hundreds of hours researching ways to murder these gross litle monsters. From what I gathered, very little was known about human mites and their contribution to skin diseases such as Rosasea & Acne until a few years ago. Made me wonder what the heck they spend their time studying in medical school - especially if most humans have the darned things most of their lives.

Use a microscope to be sure it's human mites or make your own 'scotch tape slides' and a 10X magnifying glass.

I hope this is helpful. Barbara
