Last month I bought some coconut oil and started to take 2 - 3 tablespoons at night. Unfortunately, I had also noticed that my sleep was getting worse. I would constantly wake up after 90 minutes of falling asleep and it would take me another 2 to 3 hours to fall asleep again. I thought that maybe I was developing some type of medical condition. Then I started to trace back on the beginning of my insomnia and it began a month ago when I started taking coconut oil at night. Apparently, coconut oil is pure energy, which is why it will inhibit your sleep. I wish coconut oil came with a warning label, as I have suffered a lot this past month with severe insomnia. Now my plan will be stopping coconut oil for 2 weeks to see if my sleep improves and then I'll only take it again during breakfast and never again at night!
