Die off is horrible and my experience was so so bad I literally felt like I was dying.. literally... I hope your doing much better as I'm very thin as well was 105 now 90 lbs doing the candida diet is been the mnths 😥 (i had it bad)but I feel myself getting better just need to gain all my weight back... but I'm also gluten and dairy free so that may play a role
