Reacting to Coconut Oil (and related products)

hi guys

I have always heard of the benefits of coconut oil (and coconut products in general), particularly as anti fungal, antibacterial, and for skin etc

So I have tried taking it several times

However, whenever I take a coconut product, such as coconut oil, coconut water etc, I react to it

This includes usually stomach ache, nose bleeds, headaches

I believe allergic reactions to coconut are rare, so I am not sure if I have an allergy/sensitivity, or its a detox symptom?


I would really like to take the product, but I can't because the symptoms are overwhelming

Anyone here have similar experiences, or have some suggestions what this may be due to? tnx Tweet
