Need Help Identifying

Hello, I have been trying to do parasite cleanses for quite some time. I have been told so many success stories from family and friends about coconut oil for parasites, unfortunately, it makes me so constipated. I don't understand why as it is supposed to be a laxative. I thought it was die-off but after going 2 weeks without a bowel movement I cut it out. I have been mixing some cloves/wormwood/black walnut and managed to pass this (picture below). However, this also seems to make me constipated,just not as bad. Is this a worm? it wasn't the only one, most were much smaller. I am starting to think that this may be some undigested stem from greens or something I ate. Any help would be great! Thanks in advance! Tweet
