Is it safe to use salt water rinses daily?

I have been using salt water rinses since my tooth extraction 4 weeks ago.

About 10 days after the extraction I started coconut oil pulling twice a day.
Afterwards I floss and brush my teeth and rinse with salt water ( I have given up Listerine because of the Glycerine and alcohol content).

Will the salt water rinses raise acidity in the mouth and cause decay to my teeth enamel if I carry on?

After meals I rinse with a mouthful of water and 1/4 tea spoon of Bicarbonate of soda instead of brushing because I have been an over brusher in the past.
