I know that coconut oil is said to be anti-viral, fungal, bacterial, etc.. How effective against mono is it? I do not know.

I had mono more than once. The second time around I discovered Colloidal Silver and it was a godsend in terms of getting me over it. I both drank it, held it under the tongue for a minute and put about 4 ounces into coffee enemas for an 8-12 ounce or so total which I would lay on my right side to get to the liver. After 15-30 minutes, I would expel it.

There are youtube tutorials on how to make it. You can buy it of course for a lot more money than you can make it for.

I would urge you to try it. Your in my prayers. Mono is challenging to say the least.
