Thanks to all who took the time to respond and offer your opinions about my life. No matter if we don't see eye to eye on everything, you still took the time to reply and say things for me to think about. I think it is a pretty cool world we live in, where people can reach out and touch each other from so far away with one of our most powerful tools in life, our words, our voice.

I apologize for a few of my snotty comments where I reacted in haste to opinions I disagree with. I have a sensitivity within myself of constantly feeling misunderstood. When something triggers this feeling in me, I tend to anger easily, it's a flaw, I'm not perfect but it's something I should work on. Just because people have different opinions it shouldn't make me angry or take away from what I believe at all. But because I've always felt misunderstood it's a sore point for me, and I go into "automatic defense mode". I'm working on it. :)

I'm doing much better now having listened to a lot of different people this past week and doing a LOT of self examination. I've sort of figured out "the root" of why I would drink and do bad things, as well as "the root" of that root. It's both complicated and simple, but I do know where to go from here, and I not only think I will be fine, but I'm excited about my life again, about becoming again the person I respect.

Bless all of you! Curezone is a lovely place full of some very colorful characters, and I feel lucky to be one of them, and I'm thankful for the influence this place has had over my life and my mind.
