Don’t give half my story, got rid off a lot of small stones so there is room for the big stone. Has anyone noticed they need less sleep after liver flushing? I’ve flush 3 times and have lost (est.) 1200, 600, 300 stones respectively each time. Ditto Southern Belle. Ask a doctor what colour fresh bile is. He / She will tell you it is pale yellow, a bit like gel and has no smell. Then ask what colour toxic bile is, s/he will tell you dark green and it smells foul! At least that is what my doctor told me. And guess what? My saliva pH went to below 6, which is dangerous. It should be 7.4 in the alkaline range. About 8 years ago, I did this LF after doing the hard one (grapefruit, epson salts, etc). I liked how simple and painless it sounded, plus I was never scared of raw eggs. I do the Andreas Moritz flush. I had been going to the chiropractor so he could break up a subluxation in my spine. A subluxation is when one bone in the spine goes out of alignment. I can only speak for myself (obviously), but I’m 40 and have been in poor health (generally feel lousy most of the time) for the past 20 years.
