When the dr. and team is looking into the stomach area with the ERCP they take pictures of what is causing the problem. This would leave space for the remaining stones to find equilibrium in the bladder, and this could be felt. From what I have read if you have gallstones it is likely you will get more stones, them seem to make more. Its best to have no stones. But, its a liver/gallbladder flush, both for the price of one. A little tenderness is normal both in the gallbladder and liver areas. My liver quivers after a flush at bit.
