Pulled my back, did liver flush and coffee enema. Now 90% gone. Quick question.
Went on a cruise with my wife. Diet was awful the first few days. While playing ping-pong, my wife knocked the ball wild, and I went to chase it. As I leaned down to pick it up, I felt an insane electric zapping in my back, and I couldn't get back straight up afterwards. Man, I was so panicked. I told my wife, and we went back to our cabin for some rest. The rest of the cruise was spent with stretching my back out because I thought I had pulled it. It was so bad that standing up straight and bending my neck brought on pain.
When I got home, I did 2
quarts x 4
coffee enemas and felt immediate relief. About 50% of the pain was gone. I could bend over at the waist with some mild discomfort. Last night I did a
Liver Flush and coffee enema, and the pain is gone about another 20%. I can bend over relatively easy, with a faint tenderness in the back. Sitting in this chair used to bring on severe cramping. Now it only brings on moderate cramping. The only thing is, this
Liver Flush and the last one brought out only a few stones. This makes about the 10th
Liver Flush I've done altogether, and I used to get out a ton of stones. Does this mean I'm clean? I wouldn't think so, especially after I ate such poor foods recently. Or does this mean the
coffee enemas are clearing me of any substances that result in stones?
