swelling down and weight question
I don't want to hog this site but I wanted to mention one other thing that just dawned on me. I have had sensitivity
to salt for about 10 years. Last February it was really bad as we were on a trip and were eating out instead of my
home cooking. My fingers were swollen very, very badly, I was suffering with bloat all over. I was forced to go on
a totally fruit, veggie diet and drank
a lot of good water. I went to the doctor when I returned and had tests for heart, kidney and liver. All were normal.
The doctor wasn't too concerned about it and I was just watching my salt big time. Since my second flush, I have
no swelling at all. Even my ankles which were swollen are much slimmer and trimmer, my figers are totally
normal and my ring slides around like it use to many years ago. I didn't know why I had the swelling but now I know.
I am just so thankful I have joined the club of people taking their health into their own hands and not just believing
the doctors that it is okay.. Has anyone else had this experience?
One other question: Why is it some people lose weight with this? I would love to drop 20
pounds and haven't been
able to...Thanks again gang...J2
