Hi Ed!

I have lots of allergies too. I also just did my first liver cleanse too. I only got about 15 or so stones (bright green ones), but I also got about 200 tan-color, glob-type stones. I thought I'd get more, but this is a great start! I'm also going to do it again in two weeks.

If you read the post "no more allergies" by RD, it is pretty inspirational. That person has done *many* Liver Cleanses and says that it has cleared all their allergies. RD also says that s/he tried lemon juice and go more stones, but did't like it b/c it burned lips and mouth.

I'm just going to keep doing them, and keep cleaning up the diet, attitude and keep trying to raise my spiritual awareness. I suspect we will keep seeing improvements!
