alright, one thing to keep in mind.. apple juice for one day helps big time with the stone flushes is what i found.. but then again, its compared to a friend.. everyone is different..

anyways, athletically wise i can gain tons of muscle now with my liver breathing free.. you should see my track now.. i can do sports forever so it seems.. hehe.. lovin it.. if you're a sports fanatic, i suggest this.. really, i used to bruise easilly and have massive bags under my eyes.. now? nah ah..
