Someone else on a previous post posted how many times she has flushed and I think it's a great idea to post that, so I am going to try and remember to do that.

It sounds like your flushes are working. If you have time to just read a lot of posts on this website, you will find everyone's Liver Flush is different. Some require many, many flushes and some don't. My 7th flush produced NOTHING, so I knew then I was stone free.

If you look at it this way, it has taken you many years to accumulate the stones, so why expect the stones to all fall out in the first couple of flushes. Just keep at it. I would wait two weeks in between unless the pain warrants a speedier flush.

My allergies went away, my skin became clearer (and softer, too) and my sleep improved so much. But, more than that, it just improved my whole sense of well being. Just to know that you are doing something just for you is worth everything to me!!

This website is a wonderful thing to a lot of people. Agnes and Lillian devote a LOT of time (and probably money, too) and effort. They gain nothing! (but my utmost respect!!)
