i have no clue when i take over 150 mcg i get severe deppresed sometimes, but i think in my case its the Iodine telling me i am doing something wrong and my thyroid cannot handle it. The problem with Iodine is , is that when you have to low you can become hyper thyroid or hypo thyroid and when you have to much , you also can become hypo thyroid or hyper thyroid , gotta find that sweet spot but where that is for each person....
