When you are struggling with toxicity your liver cannot handle fats. Advising coconut oil etc which is supposed to be healthy will make things worse at the moment. This is because so much energy is being used by your liver to shift toxicity. Lecithin helps the liver move fat out and into the bile. 1 to 2 tbsp a day is enough, not capsules they do not work as they are just an extract. In the meantime, it's best to limit fats to dietary fat and not take extra, e.g. a little ghee melted over vegetables, olive oil drizzled over is fine.
