Re: Depressed, wishing I’d never taken iodine
I think I agree with this post. I created an account for this forum in order to share what worked for me, but without taking into account age and whatnot of other forum members. The routine I used myself works for me as a 25 year old man who has been suffering from fatigue for the past 3-4 years or so, but of course it's a different thing if you're in your middle or upper middle years and you've been suffering from fatigue for a substantially longer time. I can understand how the detox load might, for a lack of better words -- kick your ass if you go full drive into it as I did.
But I still would recommend all the essential nutrients, and not quitting
Iodine all together, since after all it is required by the thyroid to produce hormones.
To achieve a more controlled detox process, I think you should experiment with Vitamin C/Aloe Vera, apple cider vinegar, raw garlic and coconut oil, as I did before I became acquainted with Iodine.
And again, aerobic exercising and contrast showering I firmly recommend as well. I implore everyone who reads this to just give contrast showers a chance for 1 week. It is remarkable how much it energizes you and makes you feel alive.
