Re: Depressed, wishing I’d never taken iodine
cult? like you have cred as an anonymous poster on a heavily disclaimed website? thats laughable.
the point is that 99.9% of the people should NOT be afraid of
Iodine and will benefit to varying degrees from supplementation, up to and including curing disease and chronic conditions, all of which most likely exist at least in part to
Iodine deficiency.
so its a matter of keeping things in perspective. anyone who has truly had deleterious effects from
Iodine supplementation was NOT having a problem with iodine or iodinism. the problem was triggered or exacerbated by iodine, thats more than likely. but removing iodine doesnt remove the problem. iodine is essential. that means you cant live without it.
would you take a person with lung problems and tell them that oxygen is their problem and they must avoid it? thats the ridiculous position that the iodine naysayers are taking.
it is well known that someone with hashimotos is likely to react with a hyperthyroid storm when exposed to iodine. yet it is lack of iodine which caused the condition to begin with. but they blame iodine for their hashimotos. like dr flechas said, the medical field is schizophrenic. i suggest seeking real answers from real people with real experience like him and the iodine group of practicing MDs who treat and cure things daily with iodine. way better than listening to someone with a mask on who wont take it off.
