Zemon, thank you much for your advice and help. I really do appreciate all options and ideas. I like your idea of taking a high quality multi, do you recommend any specifically? I was very happy with my life before the Iodine and just want to feel this way again. I don’t even care to fix my prior issues of minor hair loss. I will never take health or my life for granted again. I want to so badly feel normal again. I’m scared the Iodine brought out some autoimmune or nodules. There is just to many unknowns like Susie said. Before Iodine my TSH was 0.9 and after iodine it went down to 0.46. This scared me that I was going so hyper. It has came back up to 0.78. I just don’t know I am so lost. I’m getting a ultra sound today I guess this will rule out nodules but not hot nodules.

Grizz, thanks for the article. I never did the patch test. If I was allergic to iodine would these symptoms eventually go away? My heart palps have improved, I have been having low blood pressure.
