Re: Depressed, wishing I’d never taken iodine
You will learn!
I got Trapper's number down good.
There are a LOT of agendas here, some of them are pretty bizarre, some are mundane like run of the mill ego service.
A few years ago if you just posted innocently in VWT that you had problems with iodine, Trapper would have had a tantrum and then banned you, but not before insulting you. Honestly if they had renamed that forum
Iodine VW most or all of the crazy behavior around
Iodine supplementation would never have happened. T was the one who got a lot of people into a frenzy about taking the high doses like it was some sort of pissing contest.
They banned a guy who ran a lab that tests urine? for bromine. He had a LOT of experience testing people who were supplementing iodine. It could have been yet another useful piece of informatiom but some people would rather bury their heads in the sand. All he did was report some of his findings. Lots of banning and not enough listening.
The wheel of progress grinds slow.
Warning for dealing with Grizz too. I saw you tried to have a normal conversation with him somewhere and he went into repeat-the-protocol mode. 'Must repeat the protocol, must repeat the protocol, does not compute, does not compute' error error error bzzzz short circuit.
On a constructive note, have you read the Andrew Cutler books? Please do so and educate yourself about heavy metals. I saw that you had your fillings removed and I think you are a bit in the dark about what's going. There is typically a period of rapid dumping and then some normalizing in excretion rate.
V is coming up with some good information about general mineral depletion and at least trying to look at bigger pictures.
Iodine is a STRONG oxidizer and extremely reactive. I don't think honestly anyone will ever be able to decode what exactly is going on with these adverse reactions. You could be oxidizing hundreds of different toxins in innumerable combinations. It's basically purple ozone in a dropper bottle.
Anyway buyer beware. If you're going to self-treat you have to assume responsibility.
