I see what you're saying, but the reason most gravitate toward alt med is for the very reason you describe, their MD doctors can't find anything physically wrong so they prescribe them psych meds or refer them to a psychiatrist and people get feed up with feeling their docs think it's all in their head, so they decide to give alt med a try.

But saying AMA wouldn't follow alt med, well if "AF" is a $100 million a year industry, I think the AMA will put their pride aside. I mean MD's in the last couple of decades have been more receptive in using herbs becomes they've been losing so many patients to alt med.

There's two real problems I have, that conventional med can prove Cushing's, but no "AF", and alt med is big business now and financially prosperous, so why haven't they been able to scientifically prove "AF"?
