I don't say 4000 cals. Here's some foods I enjoy and that are nutrient dense: sweet potato, potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, walnuts, flax seed, sunflower seeds, brazil nuts, sesame seeds, spinach, carrots, avocado, chicken, fish, eggs, romaine lettuce, tomato, dried herbs, tumeric root, ginger, bell pepper, banana, apple, lentils, legumes, kombucha
