So Dr Lam tweaked the stages for his own marketing purposes. But it is based on science.

Dr Selye, and his many years of experiments is the reason that GAS is still in text medical texts today.

The fact the James Wilson, and then Lam wanted to corner the market on this is does not negate the fundamental Science behind GAS.

Enough stress, for long enough, causes one to go through the stages.

Natway.... clearly you are a smart guy. So go buy yourself a medical text book and research the work of Hans Selye and GAS.

I am glad James Wilson brought it to the main stream, but pissed off he tried to capitalize on it by renaming it. It creates a lot of confusion.
