Looking back a lots of people's post history and talking to them about what they eat or used to eat, I just started finding that almost everyone in the AF section has or had some type of calorie-restriction history. Like I would say easily 90%.

Lots of things can cause exhaustion, but my whole point about prolonged under-eating is it causes the very same symptoms as listed for "AF". Not all the other things that cause exhaustion would case all the same symptoms listed for "AF". Does that make sense?

So even if "AF" was real, everyone would have to concede that prolonged under-eating would play the biggest role.
