Trust your own Inner Teacher! Yes...everything you need is within you.

It may seem confusing right now....but take steps towards your joy and the fear will melt away. Start singing somehow. Just do it. Take time to PLAY. Re-read the Blue Monkey stuff (print it out) and follow some of their suggestions...make time to play and be creative. It's up to you. Listen to that calm spot inside that feels wonderful when you think about singing again...follow your inner teacher...
