I found it very interesting that during your Wavespell your Let Go day is Blue Monkey too!

What it's saying is that you need to let go of the SHADOW side of Blue Monkey. It means that you're standing in the Shadow of Blue Monkey instead of the full Light of Blue Monkey.

When you let go of the seriousness etc and embrace your creativity and joy, your true self will emerge...

I should really write out the Shadow of Blue Monkey as it is clearly something that you need to slough off - so you can be PURE Blue Monkey! yup.
