The gov't will never admit to greys because the do not exist outside the imagination of a few writers and their gullible believers. Frankly when you see the infighting among between municipal, state, federal and all of their perspective departments – not only against different levels of governments but different departments. These people could never get their act together to get anything done.

Of course you could claim that this is just part of the conspiracy to make it 'appear' there is no conspiracy. It is usual for you PCTs to claim the lack of evidence of a conspiracy is proof of a conspiracy.
