Undigested food along with high consumption of nuts always causes constipation.Your stomach shouldnt be as hard as a rock.When things get backed up the body starts dumping the toxins through availiable avenues.More solid waste goes out through the sweat glands located in the hair folicule than the rectum from bowl movements.If the movements are obstructed more will come out through the swet glands,this can clog up the folicule causing hair loss.Protein assimilation is not an issue unless bowel integrity is compromised.Personal actions are always involved in a positive or negative way.Consuming nuts for protein when the nuts are much higher in fat than protein is foolish and it will slow the bowels down.Mix this with bananas and you got cement in your stomach.Having a constapated stomach is constapation of the upper bowels.If the upper bowl is constapated,how much better is the rest of the tract doing?Constapation can be achieved with cooked food as well.If protein was the answer to hair loss than nobody would be bald.Doing a 100% raw diet is difficult for people who dont have acces to proper foods for the diet.A perfect example is using high fat food for protein.This leads to an imbalance in the bowels,which reaks havok on the body.Im glad you stoped the diet for your health and wellbeing.As they say hindsight is 20-20,reanlise what you did to yourself and learn from the expieriance.Dealing with fat cravings undermines the best of intentions.Anyone on a pure vegan diet will experiance fat cravings,some mistake it for protein cravings.May you be blessed with a full recovery of health and vitality!
