yes, I think even if someone has "failed" at the diet they can still get advice from others who might know something of benefit or who have gone through similar things. If everyone who had gone back to eating some cooked food were omitted from this list I'm sure it would shrink noticeably.

As for insects, apes supposedly eat quite a few and even gorillas do it accidentally. I am not into insects but it is good to think about all the angles. And insects was a lively topic when I lived at ecoforest, a raw vegan ecovillage in spain.

Anyone is welcome to go to http://www.ecoforest.org
I am the guy in the center of the group photo wearing the green hat. That was in 2000.

As for wheat sprouts, yes that is the only way. They are too hard unsprouted. anyhow, I didn't know anyone who could tolerate eating sprouted raw grains every day.

I have been seeing a ND who specializes in treating candida. His approach incorporates parsite cleansing and yeast killing plus digestive supplements and organ builders, etc.. It has helped some. I am starting to do Liver Flushes also. My digestion is a little better than it was a few years ago. But the body can take a long time to heal sometimes.
