Re: Anyone have advice for regaining digestion after raw vegan diet?

Raw Vegan Diet is wonderful but not perfect. It also requres you leave out certain things, even if they are raw vegan. In particular, leave out mushrooms, leave out wheat and grains with gluten (even if sprouted) and leave out corn if you can because that's usually hybrid. Leave out peanuts for sure (they are not nuts, btw, as everyone knows)

I'm saying leave these things out to be pure and perfect. If you are transitioning, they are obviously ok.

Also in addition, everyone is coming from a different level of health, so as you detoxify naturally in a raw vegan diet you should be sure to cleanse your intestines and bowels, by doing colonics regularily and by doing a good cleanse, like bernard jenson or arise and shine. You should also make sure you have no dental toxicity. On a good raw vegan diet you will be more sensitive to toxins (i've read) so this might play a role in your level success

don't feel bad if you cook, or eat raw goats milk, or something. But the better your diet is the more free of toxins your body and tissues and cells will be. It's also the most appropriate time to practice your emotional health and have good relationships with your associates and do the work that you are called to do. These things also play a tremendous role in it all.

also be sure to not take medications or drugs, and be sure to not abuse your body in other ways. I am by the way not offering you medical advice. This reply is strictly for entertainment value and I can accept no personal liability for what happens. Kapish?!

Also I think you know about food combining. To me that means (at my level of sophistication), not eating before bed or after a certain evening hour- even if it's fruit or veggie juice, and it means no juicy fruits with heavier things, like nuts and starches (which I try to avoid anyways)

Health is your responsibility and that is the goal- not eating such and such. The goal, again, is vibrant health and total wellness, and diet is just a means to an end. If you are taking responsibility and listening to your body's messages, deeply, then you should be fine. Taking responsibility means asking the right questions, like you are doing here and now. We are all in our own situations and circumstances, by my goal is to be able to create and manifest the circumstances I desire and require. I don't think I could do that without being a raw-vegan.

Good luck on your health and life journies!
