I think that what he said was perfectly reasonable and it makes sense. I study chinese medicine which is thousands of years old and it's advice would be to avoid eating many raw foods especailly in autumn/winter. One cooked meal a day is recommended. So i don't think they were just opinions. Also it seemed quite a reasonable message unlike some of the others on this forum. Obviously some people may benefit from a particular diet but in the long run eating just raw foods will weaken the digestion. This isn't my opinion but one formed over thousands over years by practitioners of chinese medicine
