Re: my problem with raw vegan diet

Yes, I think you should eat at least one cooked meal a day. Your cooked meal should be dinner. It is safe to eat chicken and turkey for meat. But no more than one day a week. Do not go on a %100 raw food fruit and vegetable diet longer than 6 months. You will ruin your body and get sick. Once sickness is in your body, then it is hard to get rid of without going to a doctor and getting medicine prescribed. People that benefit from a raw food diet are sick people. People who are trying to lower their cholesterol, lose weight or unclog their arteries from years of eating fried foods will benefit from eating a raw food diet for 6 months, but not longer. if somebody is already healthy, and is going to eat a strict raw food diet, then they will ruin their health.

Your answer is YES, go back to eating cooked food, including chicken and turkey. The key to staying healthy is EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE. Not raw rood.
