Yes, I have been doing all of those quite a bit. My health deteriorated on the raw vegan diet after about 6 months. At first it was great as my body got cleaner. But it is hard to get GOOD protein that the body can use, and so rebuilding the body is far harder than cleansing (on a raw vegan diet).
But I continued to do bowel cleanses, fasting, etc.. I have read many books on vegan diets and cleansing. And used to feel that cleansing was the only thing that mattered. But then my body became like a counter that has been scrubbed too many times. I felt rough and irritated. I was clean at first, but then as I ate more and more avocadoes and nuts to try to get protein my body actually got MORE toxic because those can be heavy on the body if overdone.
