Dental work and fillings, not a problem.

So if I have SD on my head, I should put Sea Salt on my scalp? Is this going to make my hair stop falling out? I'm getting worried because it's been happening for many months and I'm scared I won't have any hair left soon. I just bought DERM ESSENCE. Should I quit using it? HELP!!!!
