I'm sorry. I don't know which post you are referring to. There are so many, and from and to various posters. True confessions: I have attention deficit syndrome and tend, therefore, to do things impulsively and that means I often make careless mistake in writing. I have to edit all the time afterwards. Whatever makes sense is no doubt right. Of course we all want a healthy GI tract!
