Re: Re Re Re A whole lemon working better than ascorbic etc. C,
p.s. I have been listening to a Dr. Levy vid on Vitamin C. He says something I've heard before, liposomal C is 8-10 times more powerful than the usual ascorbic C type powder (even more powerful, he says, than intravenous C.) I am no math whiz but, based not on grams, but on comparative level of effectiveness, liposomal C, at least with Livon C compared to Vitacost's Twinlab Super C (I trust Twinlab)is the best deal price wise.
In other words I count 1 gram of Livon C and compare it to 10 grams of Twinlab Super C and Livon C wins. Also, I hate the thought of paying for something, like ascorbic C, where a lot of it doesn't even get into the tissues but just goes down the drain.
Also, do you know anything about homemade liposcomal C with jewelry makers? I see a lot of people making it with non
Genetically-Modified-Organisms lecithin & ascorbate C = but when a few said they lab tested it and found it works well, how do I know I can trust their "research"? Guess I probably can't, even if it is accurate. It certainly is a far cheaper way to get liposomal C. IF it's really liposomal C, and not just encapsulated C as some claim it is.
