Thanks much linenup for the link. I am doing all they say to do there but have not yet seen the vid and the additional link.
My strategy is all in the link you gave (plus tons more supplements than they mention and an ultra healthy diet, but that link makes me think maybe I should eat more protein than I do) and I am going to use both liposomal C and ascorbate around the clock as much as I have bowel tolerance for and keep upping it until I get to say around 50 grams a day - per Dr. Klenner (Dr. Levy's model & indirect mentor). I don't plan to stay at that level more than a couple of weeks, per him also, but to gradually decrease after that, then maintain maybe like you at 5 grams or more.

I'm so glad David mentioned bulk ascorbic acid. I was kind of afraid to get it because it does not come from a well known manufacturer like Twinlab or Now for ex. But...for ex. I hear all CoQ10 (hope you take that, we all need to) comes from the same source and that many things sold in fancy packages are just the same things sold far less expensively elsewhere.

I tried to get off hydrocortisone. Was on 30 mg at one time, gradually did get off. But you know how it is with the adrenals, if a stressor comes along, down one can go again. So I am hoping I can get off again (now on 20 mg) and stay off through mega C.

It just hadn't occurred to me to take mega mega mega C. 50 grams or more - whoda thunk it? Maybe that would help you, too?
