Throughout ALL human history, many things that were excepted as "scientific fact" have been "proven" to be false, and I have no doubt many current "scientific facts" will also meet the same fate [at some point in the future]!

Well, "faith" clearly exists in BOTH the scientific and religious realms. People seem to have a "need to believe" no matter what their preferred approach to [finding/exploring] truth is.

You make all good points, Lorica, and I thank you for the information.
