Re: Re Re Re A whole lemon working better than ascorbic etc. C,

Well, in addition to things I've read elsewhere, your post is making me determined to up my Vitamin C a lot, as ascorbic acid.

As for misinformation, hmmmm. Maybe CZ would prefer to have us "take this outside" to another forum. If so I certainly understand. I was just debating the issue of transitional fossils on Christian Forums, http://www.christianforums.com/t7800153/ on a string I started there.

If you want to debate the topic more with me, maybe there is a creation/evolution forum here on CZ. I did get kind of snotty on that string, for reasons given. But you sound like a very civil person, not a disinformationist out to push a NeoDarwinian world view in spite of any evidence.

I don't remember, but don't think I covered these topics on that particular string. Think about it. The sun is giving off heat and light every day. It has to follow the laws of thermodynamics just like everything else. Even a sunflare can wreck some havoc down here. What kind of sense does it make to think that it has been just as friendly to life, going through all its inevitable changes, billions, even millions of years ago, as it is now? The moon is known to be receding. We need the moon for the tides which make life possible down here.

Millions of years ago, at the present rate of recession, there would be no tides, just mountain sized typhoons going in and out. Way less than a billion years from now the moon would be on the earth's lap.

The earth's rotation is slowing just like any kid's top. It's magnetic field is lessening. At the present rates, well, there is no way life would have been possible in the ages they give.

Did you know they found stretchy tissues and blood cells - I mean evolution believing paleontologists have found them - in T Rex and in triceratops' horns within the last 10 years. You can see the materials found in the T. Rex from a news clip, on Youtube. Things like that have been found since early last century. Forensic Science tells us no way such things are going to last more than say 10,000 years max. See artwork at Genesis Park site too, for more info on evidence from around the world of men living with dinos. Yeal, I mean it.

But back to Vitamin C. They say we have lost our ability to make our own vitamin C as the result of a mutation. And back to the evo vs creation debate, every time someone is born new mutations are added to the gene pool. In a very real sense, overall, each generation is more defective than the one before.
These begs some Qs. One guy, and evolution believing scientist even, asked the rhetorical Q "Why haven't we stopped existing hundreds of times over?"

The other Q to be begged is, How did we start out w/o mutations?

But again, if you want to debate it or not, let me know.

You have a heart to help others. Not very monkey like of you.

Lol.
