I seem to recall in an earlier post that you have candida issues. It's possible this is causing the binging. I too have candida and dates/nuts/fruit are foods that really feed candida yeast, infamous for causing the sensation of CONSTANT hunger - (dates/nuts are high mold content and fruits are obviously high in sugar)... every person is different so perhaps that is just me and not you (READ: making no dietary claims for everyone here!!!) But I know my naturopath is very sincere in the importance of the avoid list for foods when you have candida, and I just noticed you're eating the top 3 no-no's. Once you remove those no-no foods for candida, the cravings for them go away in 10 days. But as long as you're fuelling the fire, you're going to always feel hungry, oh and crappy too:)
I use this food list - but I have to tweak it because there are still a few things on the green list that I can't eat... maybe there's something helpful here...
