I think people have to gradually build up their raw food intake. When i started juicing, especially the green drinks, i was running to the loo alot.
I quite like the Bragg's refeeding, where he has some cooked, not for everyone here i know, but we are all different in how are bodies process food, depending on our digestion etc.
He even has bread baked in the oven to make the starches more digestible. His version of melba toast. I personally find just raw food a depressing thought however much i like salad, and fruit, i just don't want it all the time. Maybe after several long fasts that will all change, but not yet.
I think people do need to experiment a bit about what is best for them personally, not just eat it cos everyone tells them to.
