Re: I am eating myself sick, and I want to stop!
Here is a graphic illustration of how I put weight on after fasting

First the weight goes up, as my alimentary canal fills up and I regain fluid. However that can be slowed or even brought down to zero, if I severely "diet" straight after a fast. But that's the last thing I want to do!
Then despite eating much the same, it stops going up, and starts to go down again. Sometimes I surprise myself, for example this last week I have been a bit naughty, yet the weight continues to fall, I seem to have lost a kilo or so (2.2 pounds) somehow, god knows how. Chris puts this down to food combining, though I have not had time to look into that properly yet.
These days I don't worry about the weight going up because it's so easy to lose when fasting. Even if I don't fast I seem to be losing it anyway without dieting, because fasting has given me a natural desire to eat to eat good healthy food.
