Re: I am eating myself sick, and I want to stop!

xanderfrancish,

chris has already asked you very politely to STOP making statements that are totally misinformed, because you are confusing people who really need correct information!!! you gave me almost the exact same info a few weeks ago, and chris made it very clear that your ideas about food are confusing and incorrect.

sky, do not listen to his ERRONEOUS statements about fibre. fibre is probably one of the BEST things you could eat, because it is filling and will aid in helping your food quickly exit, if you know what i mean! the best advice is to properly food combine (properly combined food exits the quickest).

i've NEVER had a problem with eating nuts or bananas... i think this an individual type problem, one that xanderfrancish suffers from, and therefore thinks everyone suffers from.

sky, on a personal note, i have also experienced the "eating myself sick" thing, especially after my first fast. it mostly happened when i ate a lot of watermelon. i'd literally feel so stuffed that i thought i would throw up. i thought it might be because when we fast, our stomaches shrink. so if you eat close to what was a normal amount prior to your fast, it is just too much for your smaller stomach to handle now.

i'm not sure how to correct this problem though... i'm still occasionally eating until i'm uncomfortably full, but like you said, i just can't make myself stop.
