When I completed my 10 day fast I also was tempted to eat more than I supposed to. Well, I did. I do think I overloaded my system even if it was healthy stuff.. Already eating nuts? Not too early after completing 19 days fast? When I completed my 10 day fast Chris recommended me not to eat concentrated protein up till day 7-8 of my refeeding. In your case it should have been not earlier than in two weeks time, I guess. Anyway, what is done - done (don't worry too much, though:)).. Now if you feel like fasting for couple of more days just to feel better then it could be an option. And then may be try to eat in particular time (say 3-4 times a day without overeating). Say at 9, 12, 3, 6, and, if you still hungry after that - fresh juice closer to bed time. Or eat every 4 hh 4 times a day.. Don't overloud urself with protein just now. Try to reduce it to the minimum (IF ANY) for at least a week. Return just to eating fruits and vegies for this week. And CALM DOWN. You have done SO WELL for your 19 day being an inspiration for all of us. So don't mess up all your efforts..... I messed up all my 10 days efforts by starting eating crap after my day 10 of refeeding and I DO regret about it! I wish I could return to those days when I had done it and think TWICE before that. So, as I have mentioned above, fast for couple of days and then take it easy. If you don't then u could have the same regrets as I have now... I feel like a sh* now after stuffing my body with all that crap for several months and now my body pays me back.

Ps: When time comes to eat protein again, eating salmon really fills me up and I don't feel hungry after that for several hours. Taking into consideration food combining I do the following: cut onion, put it in a pan, add some water and boil it that way; then put portion of raw Salmon on a foil, add some raw garlic, cayenne (by taste), cover everything with almost cooked onion , close the foil and in preheated oven for 30 min. YUMMY!!!! Option for lazy people: Cook onion , add garlic, cayenne, salt, spices in the process; cut salmon on peases and cook in a bit of water until it is ready then mix everything. Mmmmmmmmmm :D:D;D
